RF Engineer Toolkit (“the App”) is published by [Legal entity name], [address] (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App handles and how. The short version: the App does not collect personal data, does not use analytics or advertising SDKs, does not track you, and has no user accounts.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, store or transmit your name, e-mail address, location, device identifiers, usage statistics, crash reports or any other personal data. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code. We do not use cookies or similar technologies.
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores the following only on your device, in the App’s private storage, and never sends it to us or to anyone else: calculation history you choose to save (the calculator used, the inputs and results, the date, and any note you type), your favourite calculators, and your display preferences such as the number of significant digits. You can delete saved calculations at any time from the History screen. Deleting the App removes all of this data. If you use the Share or Export PDF functions, the data leaves the App only through the destination you choose (for example Mail or Files), under that destination’s own privacy terms.
3. Purchases
RF Toolkit Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details and no personally identifying information from Apple about purchasers. The App checks with Apple’s StoreKit service whether an active purchase exists for your Apple Account in order to unlock Pro features; that check is performed by Apple’s software on your device and under Apple’s privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). We do not operate our own server for purchase verification.
4. Network access
The App makes no network requests of its own. Network activity occurs only when Apple’s StoreKit framework communicates with the App Store for purchases and entitlement checks, and when you open an external link (such as this policy) in your browser.
5. Children
The App is a professional engineering utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children; since the App collects no personal data from anyone, none is collected from children either.
6. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on request. Data stored on your device is under your control as described in section 2. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with data-protection law, you retain all rights granted by that law; please contact us with any question.
7. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the App begins to process data differently — for example by offering optional iCloud synchronisation of your history — we will update this policy before releasing that version and show the date of the change at the top of this page.
